A respected journalist with more than a decade of experience, Tom Langford co-anchors ABC6 News in the Morning and Noon each weekday.  During the span of his career, Tom has covered elections, blizzards, breaking news and many of the major events in Southern New England.  In 2006, he won an Edward R. Murrow Award for an investigative story that revealed dangerous prescription drugs being sold over the internet with no prescription needed.

Tom grew up in Narragansett, Rhode Island and Needham, Massachusetts. He graduated cum laude from Syracuse University with a major in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Political Science. Prior to working at ABC6, Tom worked at WRGB (CBS) in Albany, New York, KSBW (NBC) in Monterey/Salinas, California and WSTM (NBC) in Syracuse, New York.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys cheering for the Red Sox and Patriots, skiing, golfing, going to the beach and spending time with his wife and two sons.
