Matt is a recent addition to the ABC6 weather team. Matt was raised in Seekonk, MA and has strong ties to Southern New England. Matt attended St.Raphael Academy in Pawtucket and went on to become an All State Track and Field athelte. His interest in New England's unique weather lead to his decision to pursue a career in Meteorology and attend Lyndon State College in Northeast Vermont.

As a student meteorologist Matt was part of News Channel 7, a student organized news station that broadcasted live shows to viewers in the Northeast Kingdom. In 2003, Matt graduated from Lyndon State with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Meteorology.

Matt is as passionate about the weather as he is about the local sports teams. He is a member of the Amercian Meteorological Society and enjoys running and basketball. Matt can be seen on the RI News Channel on the weekends.
