Event Description

Nestled along the hustle and bustle of one of Ri’s most active intersections, near Routes 44 & 5 in Smithfield, RI, is the Powder Mill Ledges, a nature preserve and headquarters for the Audubon Society of RI.
Participate in an interpretive nature walk done in conjunction with the RI Wild Plant Society. Learn about “Habitat Changes and the Forest” to see how nature contrasts within an active commercial center in a suburban community.
