Event Description

Evergreen House Health Center, a skilled nursing and rehab facility, invites the community to enjoy a free summer concert series from July 2 through Aug. 27.
The series will feature a variety of musical styles, and refreshments will be served each night. The concerts will be held outside if the weather permits, and inside if it rains.
The schedule includes:
• Wednesday, July 2, 6-7 pm – Rick Ashman, performing patriotic songs for Independence Day
• Wednesday, July 16, 6-7 pm – SoundWaves, performing barbershop tunes
• Friday, July 25, 2-3 pm – The Providence Civic Orchestra of Senior Citizens, performing classical music
• Wednesday, July 30, 6-7 pm – Vision of Praise, performing Christian music in English and Portuguese
• Wednesday, Aug. 13, 6-7 pm – Elvis impersonator Doug Jones, performing favorites from the king of rock n’ roll
• Wednesday, Aug. 27, 6-7 pm – La Salle Academy Jazz Ensemble, performing selected jazz music. For more info, please contact Donna Durette at (401) 438-3250. Evergreen House Health Center, located at One Evergreen Drive in East Providence.
