Event Details

Start Date: September 13, 2008 - End Date: September 13, 2008

Time: 6 - 9 pm

Event Description

The Narragansett Chapter of the Appalachian Mountain Club will hold a New Member Potluck at the Episcopal Cathedral on South Main Street in Providence. This is a great opportunity for new and not-so-new AMC members to get together and catch up on what's happening in the club. You will have a chance to meet with Activity Chairs and learn about upcoming hiking, paddling, camping, climbing, conservation, trail-building and skiing events and mingle with friendly people. We ask that you bring a dish to serve 6-8 persons: letters A-L bring dessert/fruit; letters K-Z: heavy appetizers. Beverages will be supplied. Call Mary Bonaventure (647-7218, please call before 10 pm) for information or if you want to help out. There is no fee to attend and no obligation to join.
