Event Description

The Junior League of Rhode Island, Inc. (JLRI) is pleased to announce that it is recruiting new members for the 2009 Provisional Class. The JLRI is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The organizations purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. The Junior League reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism.

The JLRI will be hosting three Prospective Member information nights. The next information night will take place at the Rhode Island Community Food Bank (200 Niantic Avenue, Providence.) For more information, please visit www.jlri.org or call (401) 331-9302.
