Dunkin’ Donuts to Host “DD Perks Rewards Flag Football Frenzy with Wes Welker” at Gillette Stadium

Lucky DD Perks Rewards Winners Get to Play Football on Patriots Game Day Field with Wes Welker



WHO: New England Patriots Wide Receiver, Wes Welker, and 11 lucky DD Perks Rewards winners who have recruited some friends to form their own flag football teams.



WHAT: On Tuesday, October 20th, Dunkin’ Donuts will host a unique event at Gillette Stadium – the DD Perks Rewards Flag Football Frenzy. This event is one in a continuing series of DD Perks Rewards Grand Prizes for DD Perks Rewards Card holders.



The eleven lucky winners, chosen from enrolled DD Perks members, along with their 5-person squads will have the opportunity to compete in a single-game elimination flag football tournament on the Patriots game-day field. New England Patriots Cheerleaders and Pat Patriot will be on hand to root the teams on and hype up the crowd. The last two teams will battle it out in the DD Perks Rewards “Dunkin’ Cup.”



Wes Welker will officiate the final gridiron battle and prep the teams beforehand with special drills and exercises. After the DD Perks Rewards “Dunkin’ Cup,” all teams will take team photos with Wes Welker on the field. The event will be emceed by Scott Zolak, co-host of “Tanguay and Zolak” on WBZ-FM 98.5 The Sports Hub.



DD Perks is a customer loyalty program that gives Dunkin’ Donuts customers the opportunity to “Earn, Save and Score” unique rewards simply by using their Dunkin’ Donuts Card. 6:45 – 7:30 p.m. Teams play in flag football tournament

7:30 – 7:45 p.m. Wes Welker Arrives, preps teams and officiates final game

7:45 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Photos with Wes, trophy presentation, event concludes
