Event Description

The Providence Ghost Tour presents a hauntingly great time this Friday, October 30, 6:00 PM at Prospect Terrace Park—Party in the Park: A Night of Ghouls, Ghosts . . . and a Marching Band? With costume contests, giveaways, prizes, pumpkins, oh, and a marching band, this night is guaranteed to be one you will not want to miss.

Featuring the local marching band, The Extraordinary Rendition Band and the jam musicians collective, Riff Parade, you can catch the Providence Ghost Tour party marching down the streets of the East Side, and down Thayer Street starting at 5:30 PM.

Meet the band and join in on the party on one of the tour’s biggest nights of the season when the band makes their way to Prospect Terrace Park for 6:00 PM. You can enjoy all the fun, dancing and prizes to Halloween-themed tunes.

The party is recommended for anyone who likes fun and is great for ALL ages. Those who dress up will get candy. Return if you dare for a tour on Halloween night and you can see how good your costume REALLY is in the Providence Ghost Tour’s costume contest with prizes of gift bags and gift certificates from 3 Steeple Street Bistro & Bar.

The best part of the party is that the entertainment prior to the tour is free and all are welcome. The band will be sending off tour-goers on their merry way, but do not be surprised if that is not the last you see of the musicians.

The tour following the party in the park is for ticket holders. Tickets may be purchased online for $12 or in person for $15. The tour will depart from Prospect Terrace Park—located near 60 Congdon St, Providence.
