My son's friend has recently gone to Dartmouth Pediatrics and saw a nurse practitioner. She was seen for flu symptoms but the nurse practitioner only checked her ears and sent her home telling her she had a virus. She was not there for her ears. How are we supposed to get help for our children when the doctors and nurse practitioners won't take the situations seriously?
