Accused drunk driver charged in crash

In June of 2007, then 17 year old Sylvia Bogusz was struck by a car as she waited for help for her broken down car. The driver that hit Bogusz, Heidi Harrall of South Kingstown, was arraigned in Superior Court on Monday to face charges stemming from the accident.
