     A teenager is recovering tonight thanks to a good Samaritan who pulled him from his car after it flipped over and burst into flames.
     only ABC 6 cameras were rolling on the wreckage and ABC 6 reporter Erica Ricci spoke to the man police say saved the teen's life...
