     Millions of women are suffering in silence each year from a debilitating disease that is still a bit of a medical mystery.
     It is called fibromyalgia, and it brings victims chronic aches, pains and exhaustion.
     Although the cause is mostly unknown, there is a breakthrough treatment, right here in Rhode Island.
     ABC 6 reporter Allison Alexander has the details about this mysterious disease...
