the police messed up. go figure after we hit the house, Tim was fine, no marks on his face. He should have been arrested for driving without a license and it shoulda been done right there. But no, 9 officers had to dump 2 cans of mace on him and beat him until he passed out. great job boys, you really know how to handle a situation. lemme ask you this, after a car accident, aren't the police supposed to help the people in the cars and not beat them?

i think what the cops did was messed up. It just shows that the police of this time dont care bout the reality they only care bout making themselves look good by bringing in "criminals". Why dont they go on with their time and get the real dirtbags like drug dealers, gangmembers and the dirty cops in their own system

The way i see it the police did exactly as they should have. Same story by those arrested. They did nothing wrong, never have...blah blah blah. One guys driving without a license, prolly no insurance. Drives into someones house. Way to go. Keep up the good work PPD!

i was the driver of the white car that hit. neither of those men were either disorderly or resisting arrest, i witnessed it all first hand, the cops brought down those men with unnecessary force. and unrightfully on arthur's behalf. The police are supposed to protect and serve. no wonder we are so afraid to call them for help, when you do. they cause more problems.
