Only On ABC 6 - Westport Teens Fighting School Suspensions

Over the weekend, ABC 6 News brought you the story of a group of teens from Westport High School, suspended from school for nine days after being caught drinking on a school trip to Europe. While they were of legal age for the area, school administrators chose to suspend the teens because of school policy.

ABC 6 News Reporter Robert Goulston was there as the teens plead their case in front of the School Committee.

Missing midterms, class instruction? This is imminently harmful to their performance and may lead to repercussions in acceptance to college. Have the teachers been suspended 9 days without pay? That would be just!
