North Kingstown 'Party Patrol' Arrests Kegger Host

John Eagan

The North Kingstown Police Department's new "Party Patrol" is paying quick dividends.
Officers broke up a couple of parties over the weekend where alcohol and underage kids were present.
In one incident, 26-year-old Christine Whiteley was arrested and charged under the state's social host law.
Police say 30 people, mostly kids ages 17 and 18, were partying at her Chaucer street home.
Police found a keg, a tap and beer cans at the residence.

There is no doubt about it, the North Kingstown Police Department, as it exists now, is an embarassment to all who have served in the police force. The consistent effort of brutality portrayed by the NKPD in recent years wasnn't enough? Apparently not, considering the recent establishment of the 'Party Patrol', giving these young new officers a wonderful chance to ensure the dashing reputation that the Police Dept. of NK already lives with everyday. Good luck with it fellas, thats the prophecy

The North Kingstown police department is a joke. To the "Party Patrol Squad" like get real, everyone was that age at one point and back in their days they were doin worse stuff. Yeah its illegal, but so are some of the things the so called "trustworthy" police that are supposed to be on the force to serve and protect do. North Kingstown is rated for top police brutality complaints. They have a badge, are above the law and exercise that right. Its wrong thier just as bad as the criminals in NK.

What Do You Think of the State's New Ability to Track Illegal Immigrants?

  • I Like it, illegal immigrants are finding work easily while I rot in line at the unemployment office
  • Bad Idea, These people are taking sub-minimum wage jobs anyway and actual citizens are getting snared in this E-Verify system
