No Recycling? No Trash Pick-up in East Providence

     It's trash day for residents in the Rumford section of East Providence, where recycling has been encouraged for years.
     But now if you don't put your recycling bins out, you're trash will not be picked up.
     And there are no exceptions.
     The policy is getting mixed reactions from residents.
     The rules were put in place for a couple of reasons. 
     One was to enhance the level of recycling and the other was to reduce dumping costs at the landfill.
     Now residents who say they don't have anything to recycle still have to put the bins out, empty or not.
     ABC 6 reporter Jennifer Gannon has the reaction...
