Former Lincoln Official Arrested, Accused of Ordering Assault

Seven years after the assault of then Town Councilor Dean Lees, Rhode Island State Police have arrested then Town Planning Commission Member Robert Picerno for his alleged role in the assault, and its further alleged that Picerno made have paid for the assault to take place.
