Only On ABC 6 - Low Gas Prices Lead to Fights, Arrest

Bryan Monaghan

It's no secret gas prices are falling fast across the region. As some stations begin to sink below the $3 mark, the rush to find those low, low prices can lead to long lines, and short tempers.

One particular gas station in Providence was the scene of long lines at the pump, and a fight involving shouting, a knife, and an attack with a hatchet.

I just filled up cheaper than that Irving station where all you Rogue Island trash go. When will you people voted out the people that brought you high taxes, over regulation and no decent paying Private Sector jobs. If you are some type of workfare recipient such as, a city, or state worker, a public school teacher, you are a workfare recipient you are living off other and that makes you a leach. Get a real job the load for us taxpayers is getting to be too much. Go live in Chad Brown projects.

If you can calculate you will notice that you are saving less than $5.00 to fill an entire tank on most cars. That's really something to go to jail for. The people fighting over this must be complete idiots.

What Do You Think of the State's New Ability to Track Illegal Immigrants?

  • I Like it, illegal immigrants are finding work easily while I rot in line at the unemployment office
  • Bad Idea, These people are taking sub-minimum wage jobs anyway and actual citizens are getting snared in this E-Verify system
