I can't believe that there were no signs indicating the closing of the road. I was stuck in traffic for over 3 hours and had no idea at the time what was going on. It was absolute chaos and no one knew what the situation was. I just can't believe that they were allowing cars to enter onto 195E knowing full well that those vehicle were going to sit in traffic for 3 hours!!! Who dropped the ball!!!

This a nightmare. Husband and daughter got stuck this afternoon at 12:45 until 3:30pm. Tried to come home from Seekonk at 4:30 and are still stuck on 195. Husband called and said people are getting out of cars yelling at other for blocking breakdown lane. Julie Fall RIver

We were sitting on the traffic for 3 hours from exit 4 and get off at exit 3 for detoure. I wish there were signs on 195W in New Bedford or Fall River to warn us in advance before we get to exit 4. It is now 3:49PM and the trooper just removed the cones to allow people back on the highway when we just got off the exit and were on the over-past.
