These are the kind of issues the state & local government we pay should rectify. I understand that even the businesses are having issues with the downturn, but to just close their doors. If an individual had done something like this,even at a smaller magnitude,they would be arrested and thrown in jail. These companies can close their doors file bankruptcy and re-open under another name. It's just not right!
