It makes me sick that this beast was ONLY charged with second degree murder. He should have been charged with 1st degree murder. This child was awoken from a sound sleep by this cruel devil. Imagine the child's confusion...Then being screamed at by the persons who you trust with your life or you are supposed to trust with you life and wellbeing. This man beat a child over spilled milk. Literally. He went upstairs with malice and forethought to kill this child and he did. He beat him to death.
