RIPTA should be privatized because there is no incentive for it to improve.I took the bus downtown last month for the first time in thirty years and was shocked to pay $1.75. It was not only overpriced but overcrowded and uncomfortable to ride. The state needs to stop wasting money and let professionals drive that business.
