Him and his whole family are bunch of drunks. His sister and her husband are both on house arrest for numeous DUI's and his brother has been arrested for numerous DUI's. This family never learns and this behavior will continue unless someone does something to stop it. I am disguisted by the legal system in RI. This family complains that they have the worst luck. Luck has nothing to do with it, you reap what you sow! I pray for the O'toole family and David's wife and children. Lock him up!

$25,000??? Just give this KILLER a room at the Marriott with a fully stocked bar, a Gov't car, per diem and a key to the city!! He's FREE after TAKING SOMEONE'S LIFE!! And all he has to do is come up with just $2,500?? That won't even make a dent in his drinking money!!! Listen people!! He didn't "presumably" KILL this mother!!! Another day in RI where the laws are a joke!! Only in this state are the drunks and criminals allowed a slap on the wrist and a fine. Even the lawyers get away with alot. The court system and law enforcement are an embarrassment to the rest of the country. Ask anyone in the neighboring states!!

I go to school with some of the O'Toole children and seeing them go through the pain of losing their mother because of that scumbag is taking its toll on me, everyone in our school, and everyone in Foster, Gloucester, and Scituate. I dont understand why this loser can get out on bail for killing an innocent women, he should be rotting in a jail cell. I cant believe the system has failed society once again. A life could of been saved if someone had done their job correctly.

In RI you can have all the DUI's you want...that is until you kill someone. When you kill someone everybody cares and are shocked at how many DUI's are on your record. No one cares enough until someone is dead. My daughter was killed by a drunk driver, he had 12 DUI's and his license was suspended when he slammed into my car head on. The courts got tough with him after that, they gave him a THREE month jail sentence. (that would be more like 2 months with time off for good behavior) AAAAAHHHHH
