The house is free-leased to the nonprofit so it doesn't matter what it is "worth." She has nothing but gives so much. Shame on you. I think it is wonderful that you are doing this for the winner. My mother in law died of cancer, but spent a lot of time at the Healing Coop. It helped not only her but my entire family TREMENDOUSLY! To have such a great supportive place win is wonderful. It is not only helping the owner but many many people dealing with cancer. For people to think this is not a deserving winner is very sad. This will help many instead of few!
