HEY, NEIGHBOR: Local Beer Makers Looking to 'Brew' New Jobs

The Narragansett Brewing Company has a long and storied past in Rhode Island, dating back over 100 years, and including a re-introduction just a few years ago. However, since the demolition of the old brewery in Cranston, the company has been producing the suds elsewhere. Now, the owners Narragansett Beer want to bring a new, full-scale brewery to the Rhode Island, and with it, desperately needed jobs.

ABC 6 News Reporter Malini Basu has the story.

good luck,and w/regards to taxes i'm sure some tax breaks could be created if it meant jobs for the ocean state,and more importantly...MANUFACTURING JOBS!

This sounds fantastic, but wait until the prospective owners realize that as a small business in RI their overhead due to taxes is simply not worth the effort. This has been discovered by other companies prevsiously (Briston Meyers Squib) who would have brought jobs into a state who desperately needs them.
