The social networking site Facebook became a crucial resource for a West Warwick mother trying to find medical help for her young daughter.

Through Facebook, Kelly Smith found access to a  new medical treatment being offered at Duke University that may help her daughter Catie beat cerebral palsy and live a normal life.  ABC6 Reporter Julie Ruditzky has more...
