Wandering Manatee Spotted off Cape Cod

It seems that the wandering manatee spotted in the waters off South Kingstown earlier this week is headed the wrong way...officials say he's been spotted off Cape Cod in the Sesuit Harbor. 

The harbormaster says the mammal appears to be in good health but reminds residents not to feed it, which could delay the manatee's journey back to the warmer waters off Florida.
