You guys are unbeleivable. Parents are struggling to put these kids in college and all we hear is "we may raise tuituion again" no wonder these kids are dropping out of college. Some of these workers are overpaid cut down their pay checks and give these kids a break.

Why don't you start with the basketball coach, making over $100k per yr, are you kidding me?? Or how about all the workers that brag about getting OT and they are cooking breakfast at the job. All other companies took a pay cut of some sort for the past 2-3 yrs, I say lay them off!!Since they can get fake OT and good benefits, while the rest of us NON UNION workers struggle to make ends meet. I really don't feel bad for these state employees. Imagine making $189K for playing Basketball?????

In state tuition should be much more competitive than out of state, yet the solution continues to be raise tuition...which affects the number of in-state applicants...which effects where these graduates tend to go for work...lessoning the state budget tax pool...and also hurting local businesses.
