My 7 year old daughter unfortunately will not be in school on the day of her school h1n1 vaccination clinic. She has asthma and I am having a hard time understanding why I cannot take her to another school with the consent form and proof of why she will not be there. Will the pediatricians have any vaccines available any time soon for children with asthma? Do I have to wait until all the school clinics are over? Don't children under the age of 10 have to have boosters a month later? very concern

As a concerned parent, I'm still not convinced that this vaccine is safe, There was a poll I read recently. It read 49% yes vaccine and 50% said no...I'm soooo undecided..What would you do????

Beware Parents! If you're a RI resident and send your child to a parochial school in MA (Bishop Connolly or Bishop Stang for example) your child will have to wait to be vaccinated until all other school children in RI are vaccinated. You will have to send your child to your pediatrician's office for the vaccination, if there's any left and if you can get an appointment. Thanks RI Department of Health for remembering our children!!!

I've been hearing that the swine flu vaccination can possible cause more damage than the flu itself. Is it true? Still undecided if we should get our kids vaccinated.
