this is the same thing the governor did...as soon as council 94 signed the contract to NOT get a raise..and to pay..hmm 300% more than we were on our health insurance...he gave the legislature a raise.... and they pay nothing,zero....for their health insurance.... i say its time for the state leaders ...to give up..their raises..and to pay for health care.
