We must not speak of welfare, or adoption for the babies. We must first ask what are their parents doing to show them that they care. Many young girls who want to have babies are looking for something that a parent or a boyfriend will not give them. The families must seek some type of counseling to determine the real reason behind this pregnancy pact. Anonymous, you are just as nuts as these girls. They are the criminals, not their parents or the boys! What is wrong with you? These girls need to be made responsible for THEIR ACTIONS! Convict the girls of fraud against the welfare system and sentence them to 18 years of hard labor to pay for the burden they are placing on society. Also, take the babies away from them at birth and place them with sane adoptive parents. These children should not ever see their criminal mothers!

Teen mothers have been the rule for about 250,000 years and all your hand-wringing is not going to stop those hormones from prompting decisions to reproduce. It's hard to imagine anything more stupid than the average American teenager. Or more self-centered, or less caring of others. They're so totally detached from reality that much of what they do is literally a crime. And it doesn't matter if this was a pact or not. They're STUPID enough to do it. Some news source should keep track of this story and report on it occasionally. I'll bet most/all of them end up on welfare, with the babies raised by someone else when the 'thrill' wears off. Idiots!

I think it is sad for many of you to assume such things as welfare support and how hard it is going to be. Wah! Life is hard. For whatever reason they all decided to have babies, did you all miss that miracle, Society has come to what? These girls need some education, why? Is it because you disagree? Being a teen mom and nowing how hard it was to raise her I find it hard to now that someone would deliberately do that to their child and claim to love them.Its a very hard life! My prayers are with those babies and hopefully the moms grow up quick and do right by them!
