but the fact that they created a program around those tools, YES they created it, but not the actual tools.if u actually look at the 2 Rope systems then you would realize that they are to different entities coming from 2 different point of views. and if the 2 creators aren't griping about it, why are you? As far as kids go, atleast someone is trying to do something positive for the state of our country and future what have you negative people done, nothing, but add more negativity to the world

After readin some of these comments. i see there is some negative views on this program. who created what, girls gone wild, copyright infringment etc..... some of you need to look in the mirror. girls gone wild, gimme a break the fact that you can take a fitness tool/ program and associate it the two together shows where your head is at. who created what first, i think that is a stupid argument, everyfitness person does create something by using tools and excercises that have existed forever

If you are so worried about a Ropes Gone Wild workout being confused with girls gone wild then maybe you should question your own parenting skills first. You probably send your daughter to private school and want her to be sheltered wait til she goes to college.I think we should applaud those who are willing to find a way to help children figure out alternative ways to stay fit.If nothing gets done then we will develop into an obese society that has more medical problems then ever before

My 10-year old son and I have been working out for over a year with Anthony and the folks at Punch Gym using the ropes and core strength exercises. He stands taller, breathes deeper and I can carry the canoe half a mile to our favorite fihing spots. It's awesome !!

Wow, I can't believe how upset some folks are over this. No fitness trainer alive "Invented" anything. They took what was out there and tailored it to fit a target audience. Then they merket it. That's all Anthony has done with the ropes, bells, and other tools he uses. His business seems to be doing very well and he has quite a few Professional Sports Teams using much of his material for rehab/injury prevention. As far as the kids in the school using it, I say great!

FYI: this is not the "battleing ropes system", do you see the kids using one rope in each hand and battling each other?? Do you see the rope being pulled from an anchor point? I could see validity in the argument if John Brookfield invented "rope". This is one of the first programs that actually DOES something about the horrendous physical state of our country. Who cares who or who didn't "invent" it.

Kerry, nothing negative here ,just the facts, and while you and ABC are at these schools why don't you sell the Girls gone wild video as a package with the ropes video, who cares? right? This confirms that less than 25% of the western population reads.

Why all the negative energy? This is a great program for kids and thats what counts. ABC6 and Art of Strength are a great team and are benefiting our community. Stop the negativity. Who cares? Ropes Gone Wild is a good thing for our kids and that is what matters. I commend Anthony and ABC 6.

To call John Brookfield a no-name says it all about LCDR Baker. It is NOT about the good intentions of Art of Strength, its about integrity, honor, and respect, which you should be aware of since you are in the Navy???

It's unfortunate that when someone "makes it" all of the no-names come out of the woodwork to claim credit. Anthony didn't invent the squat, kettlebell, pullup or the pushup either; should he ask your "permission" before using them in his pursuit of health, wealth and happiness? Jealousy is the only fraud in this game. Celebrate the winners in the fitness industry or just go read your latest copy of FLEX magazine with the other Weider-Wieners.

Anthony- You know this is the Battling Ropes created by John Brookfield- Why don't you give him credit that you stole from the clinic he gave you and your friends a few years ago?? Dave fro Cleveland

People! Think about this for a second! You are aware of "Girls gone wild" the video, Wake up! this is sleeze marketing and I would never allow my daughter or any school to go through a program which by the way! was blatantly plagiarized. Art of Strength is a fraud and hopefully will be sued under copyright laws. Myself and others have been using ropes for over 5 years. If you want to check out the "real" program, then do some research and you will find the truth.
