On 11/15/09 at approximately12:55pm, officers from the Central Falls Police Department responded to the La Esperanza Market, located at 1234 Broad Street, for a report of an armed robbery.

Mr. Benson was brought in for questioning and after being "Mirandized" admitted to robbing both Las Antillas Market on Illinois Street and Columbia Market on Washington Street. Both suspects are being arraigned in 6th District Court in Providence. Ms. Zab is being charged with 1st Degree Robbery and Conspiracy, and Mr. Benson is being charged with two counts of 1st Degree Robbery, 2nd Degree and Conspiracy.
