Why did people pay for them than? It's not fair that people paid for them and the next person is getting them for free. The city needs to give us some refunds.

That don't seem to make a difference we purchased the coorect amount of bins and trash, they only seem to be picking up one trash can? I have a two family they are doing this to everyone, now they have an excuse to get home early, by avoiding trash pickup, This is only going to make Providene even Dirtier than it already is....
