Pollution Seeping into a Local City's Water Supply

Pollution is flowing towards a public water supply for one of Rhode Island's largest cities...but any possible cleanup is tied up in court. 

And it's not just pollution that is causing the problem.

It's a complicated case, tied up in the courts for more than three years. As the pollution oozes, some are questioning the actions of Rhode Island's former top federal prosecutor, who is now defending the company accused of causing the pollution.

It's an exclusive ABC6 News investigation, and Investigative Reporter Parker Gavigan has more.
