POLICE: Fast Food Employee Robbed of Night's Deposit in Pawtucket

Early Tuesday morning, about 1am, an employee from the Burger King on Lonsdale Ave., in Central Falls was making a night deposit drop at the Sovereign Bank at 380 Smithfield Ave in Pawtucket when she was robbed, according to police.

The suspect allegedly told the woman, "Give me the deposit or I'll shoot." The victim complied and the suspect fled on foot up Mineral Spring Ave toward North Providence, according to cops.

The victim did not see a weapon and she was unharmed.

The suspect is described as six feet tall wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.

Well some owners and managers dont care about the safety of its workers if they have a large deposit they could have called the police to meet them at the bank i have seen it before.
