ABC-6 News investigation- Providence crime stats telling the truth?

The City of Providence has reported a 30% drop in crime since 2003, the only city of its size in the country to report such a drop. ABC 6 Chief Reporter Jim Hummel, in this ABC 6 Investigation, takes a look at some police records that put those numbers in question.

I do not believe that the identities of the infected should be announced to the public; it would be an invasion of privacy. However, I do think the cities and/or towns should be shared. If this was a "normal flu", it wouldn't be on the news nearly as much. I hope everyone takes the proper steps to prevent this from spreading any further.
