Trial Resumes for Woman Accused of Beating 3-Year old Nephew to Death

     She is charged in the beating death of her 3-year old nephew while he was in her care.
     Now, Katherine Bunnell is facing a judge and jury at Providence Superior Court.
     Bunnell is charged with the October 2004 beating death of Thomas "T.J" Wright, who had been placed in her care.
     Bunnell faces counts of murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
     Her live-in boyfriend at the time, Gilbert Delestre, is also charged but will be tried separately.
     Authorities say Bunnell and Delestre took out their anger on the child after they returned to a messy home following a night out.
     Both have pleaded not guilty to the crime.
     Day 2 of the trial saw testimony from a Lieutenant from the Woonsocket Police department who was 2nd to arrive on the scene, as well as T.J.'s former babysitter.

i think she should stop blameing the boyfriend for everything she beat this child also so she is just as guilty if not more for not protecting him and putting her hands on him for something so petty i wish we had the death penalty these people dont deserve to live they deserve a slow and painful death just like they did to this little angel
