Providence Police are looking for two men claiming to be Cox Communication workers.
They are suspects in a home invasion in which they allegedly robbed and assaulted a Providence family.
The events took place on Clarence Street in the Silver Lake section of Providence Wednesday night.
24-year old Angel Semper and 26-year old Laedy Villar say the perpetrators claimed they were sent by the cable company to check their connection.
Officials say the one of the suspects asked Semper to look closer at the TV, but as Semper was bending down the robber tasered him in his neck numerous times.
The bandits then found the couple's hidden money, making out with $6000 and two cell phones.
They then fled with the couple's dodge minivan leaving both of them tied up.
