     ABC 6 has learned that a woman is now claiming Patrolman Peter DeMedeiros made unwanted physical contact when he responded to a call at her house late one night about 8 months ago.
     We have obtained a copy of the woman's personal statement:
     ``He started asking me personal questions, opened the robe that I had on and started to make sexual comments. he touched me at which time I was in shock, then he kissed me and I didn't know what to do. He had his gun, and all I could do was look at the gun and felt very, very vulnerable.''
     ``Officer DeMedeiros then kissed me again and wanted me to touch his private part. I said no, but he was persistent.''
     ABC 6 chief reporter Jim Hummel has more details in Part III of this investigative series...

Who is anyone trying to kid? A department where nepitism is the main qualification for getting hired, CHEATING on exams to further your career and all the many corrupt stories coming from that department(ie police officers returning items they didn't purchase from stores trying to get cash, robbing drug dealers...so many stories to mention)Like this story is any different. Just think of all the stories we DON'T hear about that are covered up.

Do you really believe that more than 10 women would come forward and all from different backgrounds and from different parts of the city if nothing was going on? Are you kidding me, have you seen the Officers Wife, a Beautiful woman. He has no reason to look at any of the cess pool women accusing him of misconduct. You are ruining a good mans career and reputation, with accusations from people looking for a payout. Wake Up! It is gonna come to a point that your cities police are going to be afraid to stop vehicles which are moving large amounts of cocaine, or respond to anything because they dont want to be the next crucified for doing their jobs.
