Local Store Owner is No Stranger to Controversy

A lone mannequin stands outside of Posh and Naughty in Tiverton, Rhode Island. Store owner Trisha Smith put the display outside to attract more customers, so far it's working.

Smith told ABC 6 that the display has increased the number of customers by about 25 percent.

While the figure may be bringing more people to the store, not everybody is pleased. Police are reporting that they have already received a complaint about the mannequin, although there is nothing illegal about the display.

So just what is it about this mannequin that has caught the attention of one Rhode Island town?
