JEFFREY, YOU WILL ALWAYS REMAIN ALIVE IN MY HEART. YOU WERE A WONDERFUL PERSON AND ALTHOUGH YOU DIDN'T DESERVE TO HAVE YOUR LIFE ENDED SO EARLY I KNOW GOD HAS PLANS FOR YOU. TO THE "CHILDREN" THAT DECIDED TO COMMIT SUCH A HANOUS ACT, I KNOW THAT JUDGEMENT DAY WILL COME AND JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IF WE CAN PRETEND TO BE ADULTS BY PLANNING AND FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH MURDER THEN THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN FACING THE CONSEQUENCES ADULTS WOULD FACE. TRY THEM AS ADULTS!! RIP JEFF

Jeffery was a great person that did not wish harm to any one. Those kids did not have the right to take his life away. Jeffery were ever you are we love u. You will be missed!!!

Jeffrey, we grew up together and plaid hide and go seek with your brother while our mothers worked on their decorating "stuff" as we use to call it. You will be missed and nothing will ever take away the pain that is felt because you are gone. Love you always!

Jeffery did not deserve this. At 19, his life was just beginning. I am a long time friend of the family and consider them my own. God bless Jeffery and his entire family. The alleged killer(s) should be treated as adults in the court of law and let justice be served.

Do You Think the Rhode Island General Assembly Will Fix the Budget Deficit?

  • HA! No, they're going to chase their tails and point fingers and get nothing done. Business as usual.
  • I think some progress can be made. It's going to take some painful cuts and creativity, but we can do this.
