Body of Missing Diver Recovered in Jamestown

Crews have found and recovered the body of a missing man who was killed while cliff-diving in Jamestown. 

Recovery efforts had been hampered Monday night and Tuesday morning by rough seas and heavy fog, but recovery divers entered the waters again around 5:30 Tuesday afternoon.  About an hour later they recovered the body of 24-year old Derek Cazard, who had been diving with some friends in Jamestown on Monday when things went terribly wrong.
