UPDATE: Armed Suspect at Large; Manhunt Ongoing

A manhunt is underway in Rhode Island and surrounding states.  Police are looking for a man who called them this morning from a Coventry junkyard.

People are completely throwing this whole incident way out of proportion. No one except the police really know what was said between any of these phone calls. Everything was a misunderstanding that was taken to the extreme level because of how the police feel about William Otte and the confrontations they have had in the past.

This guy William Otte is (or was) a respiratory therapist at Roger Williams Hospital and the police were investigating him then back in 2000 and 2001...he is absolutely insane and I hope this time they lock him up for good...Providence Police aware of this guy from that incident at Roger Williams Hospital
