Kennedy Plaza Construction Complicating Morning Commute

New construction at Kennedy Plaza is making a mess of the morning and afternoon commute. RIPTA has set up alternative bus stops but people are having a hard time figuring out the new system.

ABC6 Reporter John Guice helps point riders in the right direction..

Why is it taking three weeks to pave 1 city block? Why didn't RIPTA shut down half the plaza at a time? Why can't they double up some of the stops, so that they aren't spread from the Turk's Head building all the way past the Westin to the Convention Center? Impossible to make some connections now....
