My Condlences go out to the families that have lost children. Next, demand that your kids schools take the kids outside on days it is not raining and let them run around every few hours. This will keep their lungs in good shape and give them a better chance to survive. Encourage your kids to drink fluids, NOT SODA, preferably water and eat fruits.
