As long as you have views of the ocean, it is o'kay that you're being robbed by corrupt officials! 75 million at the dump, the Woonsocket Mayor erasing hard drives as she leaves office - wake up! There is just a big "disconnect" in RI - people need to realize that it ties to your wallets! I just want to live in a place where I am not being ripped off! This place is nuts. It is your complacency that makes this place as bad as it is.

Sounds like Greg belongs in any one of the so-called "business friendly" dumps down south, where everyone can get by on $6.50 an hour because there's absolutely nothing worth spending any money on. I'd rather be broke in a beautiful, historic, culturally vibrant place like RI than waste my life in a place like Alabama just for a few extra bucks. Good for RI for making this list. At least someone has something good to say about it.

But, lets not forget that RI is the smallest and one of the highest taxed States, probably the most corrupt and ones where your tax dollars are stolen by officials and by state and town agencies - and, well, that's o'kay. At least smoking is down and people are healthy!
