RI Man Accused in Fatal DUI Crash in Court

The driver in a deadly motorcycle crash in court yesterday.

Joseph Beirola of Tiverton was released on $25,000 personal recognizance.

He's charged with DUI, death resulting and driving to endanger.

Beirola's passenger, Janet Valcourt of Fall River was killed in the June crash.
