Mixed Results on Blue Cross Rate Hike Approval

Office of Health Insurance Commissioner - Christopher Koller has rejected Blue Cross Blue Shield RI 10.2 % rate hike for direct pay subscribers.

Koller has however, agreed to a 7% increase for roughly 14,000 Rhode Islanders.
