Beach Body Challenge: Can 5 hard-working people get buff in only 2 weeks?

Join us Sunday, May 18th after the season finale of 'Desperate Housewives' for the results

John Eagan

Are you ready to bare it all at the beach this summer?
Or do you still have a few lingering pounds to get rid of?
You're thinking, 'It's too late! It's May! Summer's here.  There's no way to get a hot bod by memorial day!'
     Or is there...
We found a program that promises to incinerate pounds, and all it takes is two weeks and a whole lot of discipline.
     Can it really work?
Is this the secret slim down we've all been looking for?
ABC 6 found five hard working people just like you to step up to the scale at the East Side YMCA in Providence to follow these diet 'do's and 'don't's.
There's Lisa, Paul, Lee, Celise and Robert.
These 5 brave souls are off on this two week body blitz, getting some guidance from Eddie at The 'Y', while ABC 6 monitors their progress.
     Can they make the cut?
You'll have to tune in to see the results.
We'll see you on May 18th right after the season finale of 'Desperate Housewives.'
ABC 6 anchor Doreen Scanlon has the skinny on this intense summer challenge...

Don't we get to know the "skinny" on how this works before May 18th. I've got a July 5th wedding to get in shape for. I'm eating a peanut butter sandwich as we speak!!!!
